Guitar and Soprano
Chanson du Soir (soprano Chelsea Camille and guitarist David Isaacs) comissioned a song by composer Brian Madigan and he graciously obliged them with the haunting and delicate Music, When Soft Voices Die In this work, which is based on the poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley, Madigan creates a very personal connection between the two performers. Crafting an atmosphere where the guitar and voice accompany one another, each taking turns to lead and follow, both enveloped in a veil of sound and silence.
